what school has a better electrical engineering program? USC or UCLA?..?

i got accepted into both and i am trying to make my decision!
UCLA.In almost all subjects other than arty ones UCLA is the better school.
Electrical Engineering Senior Project at OSU

We built a device capable of reading the power consumption of devices, displaying the measurements on the devices LCD display and wirelessly transmitting the data to a PC for data logging.
This was one of the most memorable and valuable classes I took from OSU and actually had it recorded by our professor. The course focused on pairing up students with different specialized areas in Engineering to work together and build a working Power Meter device. Found this video while searching through some old school data during the holidays.

Oh yeah, and I'm only 16.
why don't you go to career centers at community college or universities where you live. They usually have connections with companies that hire 18 year old students for internships. Maybe even in your career center of your high school can help you.
