Civil/Structural engineering schools in atlanta?

I am looking for a school that offers a Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering graduate program in or around atlanta.
The only school I found so far is Georgia Tech and they are already closed for Fall this year. Any other schools ?
You can get into Georgia Tech's program through a backdoor if you attend Oglethrope University http://www.oglethorpe.edu/academics/undergraduate/division_iii/engineering_dual_degree.asp However, I do believe Oglethrope is also closed for the Fall semmester already.
