Is UCSB or SDSU the school for majoring in Real Estate, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Accounting

Hello, my name is Shawn and i am a junior in high school, and i've been thinking about majoring in Real Estate, Computer Science, computer engineering and Business Economics-Accounting. I was wondering if UCSD, UCSB, SDSU, CSUN or another college that would be a good choice for me to attend and be successful in the future with a secure job. I've heard that SDSU is more of a party school, but it is a Cal State which means it is cheaper. I just want to know which college would be a better choice for me. I have gone to college visits for these schools and their requirements gpa wise are 3.0+ from 10th-12th grade. my 10th Grade GPA was a 3.08 and i wanted to know if i can get into these colleges. Basically, my main question is which one of my college choices or another college is best for the majors i want to get into. If it's not the college of my choices, i want to attend a college with a big population and that has a good student life as well. Not really that known for parties. Thanks.
First, if you have a 3.08 you will not be able to get into UCSB or any UC.
However, you will have a few good choices for CalStates which would be totally fine.
Regardless of what people tell you, there probably isn't enough difference between the Cal States to make a difference to anyone hiring you for real estate.
With that in mind, choose a school by location. I mean do you really want to go to a school in the valley near LA? If that is your thing then CSUN would be fine. I went there and found it very unfriendly and full of local kids that lived with their parents. The faculty was grouchy and the counselors were useless.
Here's a question, where do you want to live? Remember the school is part of the equation but the town and what you'll do when you are not in class is the other part. This will be home for 4 or more years so you might as well like it.
Also, if you really love living with your parents and family and can't bare to leave then pick something closeby. If you are tired of them and can't wait to turn 18 and get out of the house, then go to school somewhere else, at least 2 hours away, preferably 6 or more.
