Need to know where the navy nuclear engineering program is? ?

My fiance leaves Feburary 23, but when he is done with basic he is going straight to A school. But I don’t know the name of the base exactly where its at or anything and neither does he. All i know is that it is in or around Charleston. Also when he gets done with basic in April would he be able to take time for our ceremony? Because they told us he would go straight to Charleston? I’m really worried about all this and need good advice on these things also housing etc. Also whats it like being a Navy wife? I know its going to be hard and all but what do you do when they leave how do you get past that pain of them being gone?

Im from Charleston and im familiar with the base- its the Nuclear school on the naval weapons station in charleston,sc. After he leaves bootcamp, he will go to school. But for Nuclear- its a very long school. Because he is going to school, there is no leave time between basic and school. the only way he will be able to take some time is if he has a time period before his class starts. As you are not yet married, he will reside in base barracks. being a sailor myself, being gone isnt so bad, i mean depends on his duty he might not be gone so much on his next duty station. All in all, no matter what, be supportive and be behind him 100% as he goes through his career and things will go smoothly.
