Know All Of The The Different Astral Projection Tricks
At one time or another most people have heard about doing astral projection. Maybe they have a friend that practices it, or watched some movie about it, or even read a book on the subject. Not all people clearly comprehend that you really can do astral projection and that in fact everyone can do it. You could have easily astral projected without knowing you were doing it at the time.
In order to determine if you have had an astral projection experience or to begin learning to astral project it is important to understand what astral projection is. Simply put astral projection is when your spirit body leaves your physical body. This is something that happens naturally at night when you are asleep, but it is possible for you to do it consciously and control the journey of your spirit body.
Many children actually astral project without being aware of what they are doing. It happens usually when the body is relaxed or even when they are asleep. Time and distance do not mean anything when talking about astral projection. The astral body can travel without these considerations.
Lets explain the astral body. This is an invisible and non-physical version of your physical body which is the product of your will and your subconscious desires. Your astral body always comes home to your physical one because of an unbreakable bond between them which is called the silver cord.
The silver cord connects your astral and physical bodies for your entire life. As long as youre living, your astral body will always find its way back.
Another question that is often asked is where the astral body travels to when a person engages in astral projection. The astral body moves along the astral plane. This is, as the astral body is a duplicate for the physical, a duplicate of the physical world. There are a number of ways that it can be described. In some descriptions, it is described as a set of vibrations, which penetrate physical reality but are at a wavelength that separates it from the physical world. It can also be described as a secondary reality or another dimension. What is agreed upon with the descriptions is that there are multiple levels to the astral plane.
It is perfectly alright at this stage if you are concerned about possible hazards in doing astral projection. The answer to this is both no and yes. We have already mentioned these facts that the astral body always returns to the physical thanks to the silver cord, also that everyone can do astral projection. You just need to make sure you have your mind right to do this though. This means that your basic thinking skills should be strong and sound, this way you will be able to know exactly what you want and even more important where you want to go.
The greatest danger when astral projecting comes with the mind is not carefully prepared or under the influence of thought and perception, altering substances such as drugs or alcohol. There are a number of levels to the astral plane. The lower levels are not considered places to visit and are often considered to be unsafe. It is these levels that are easiest to access when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
This is why it is so important that you know exactly what you are doing and where you are planning to go. The goal you are trying to achieve is not just astral projecting, but conscious astral projection where you are aware of what is going on.
There are a number of ways to get prepared to do astral projection prior to starting it. Several professionals can be found to assist you in learning various techniques so that you get to the point where you have better control so that you have a gratifying experience, but on this note people usually rather be in their own house while doing astral projection.
There are several books on this subject and you can locate other aids to help you online. One type of aid is that of hypnosis recordings that are created for astral projections to get you into the desired state of mind. This helps you get totally relaxed along with taking you through that various levels. This is often the preferred method over a professional approach, because you can replay the recording as much as you need to get your subconscious mind to get the message about when it is alright to begin to astral project and leave your physical body.
A new audio recording technology called binaural beats has been shown to help people astral project as well. The listener hears two slightly different frequencies, one in each ear and the effect of these sounds is deep relaxation as the listeners brainwaves tune into just the right frequency for astral projection.
You can expect the first few attempts to not be as successful as you would like them to be. Astral projection takes some practice to perfect it and get the results you want. Remember that you have the ability already, all of us have the ability to do astral projection, we have just over time forgotten the method and just need to tune our own natural ability to do it.
Are you still not sure about astral projection? Heres an example of astral projection weve all had. Everyone has those dreams where theyre flying, then begin to fall; and wake up. These arent dreams at all, but an experience of astral projecting. When you feel like youre in flight, this is your astral body moving through the non-physical plane. The falling sensation is the feeling of your astral body returning to earth and re-entering your physical body. Astral projection is a very real ability which you already have. If you devote a little time and effort to practice it, your reward will be being able to enjoy this experience any time you like.
Astral Projection Methods Explained
The methods of astral projection vary, but each requires that an individual quiet his or her mind before attempting any subsequent steps in the process. Proper, focused relaxation is necessary in reaching beyond the physical limitations and exploring the multifaceted universe around us, and although this may seem an effortless endeavor, it is anything but.
Focused relaxation is not easy. One must simultaneously relax every muscle and still every thought all while maintaining the presence of mind to stay conscious. The most common reason an astral projection attempt fails, in fact, is because the candidate does not maintain his or who focus through the relaxation phase of the process, and thus, simply falls asleep.
To get started with the astral projection methods, begin to get into that relaxed state by dressing in clothes that are comfortable. Sit in a chair instead of laying down. Laying down doesn’t work well for beginners because it can often make you too likely to fall asleep instead of just getting relaxed.
Once seated comfortably, imagine that tension is a fabric bandage that has been wrapped over every inch of the body — much like a mummy – that tightly constricts even the smallest of toes. Next, imagine those small toes being unwrapped. Warm blood flow returns, as does the feeling of cool air to the skin’s surface. Imagine the same process for each individual toe until all ten toes have been “freed.”
Now the balls of your feet through the arches and heels, up to the ankles are unwrapping. Keep moving up the body, unwrapping each body part until you everything is free up to the top of your head.
Now with you body relaxed and your mind still alert you are ready. You can move on to trying one of the methods of astral projection.
A main astral projection method is referred to as the rope method. Before you start the relaxation phase you will tack a rope to the ceiling above you. It should be easy to touch with your eyes closed. This helps you with visualization.
Hanging the rope will let you easily find it with your astral fingers. You will float to the rope and use it as a guide once you are relaxed. In the beginning it can be a little tricky to find the rope, but after a while you will have no trouble doing so. Just remember to be focused.
Find the rope and picture your astral body leaving your physical body and climbing the rope. Your astral body doesn’t weight anything so give no consideration to weight. Stay focused on climbing and moving up the rope. You may become a bit dizzy, but try not to focus on that as it could mess up the projection.
Continue “climbing” the rope until liberated from the physical body, all the while ignoring any sensations of vertigo, nausea, humming, warming, heaviness and/or tingling that may accompany the process. Any and all of these sensations are normal to a successful astral projection experience.
Variations of the rope method include the lift method, in which one visualizes him or herself pulling upward from the physical body and hovering above it; the roll out method, in which an individual envisions him or herself rolling to either side of the physical body (works best when lying down), as well as the fixed and moving anchor method.
In the former, one visualizes a stationary object toward which one then tries to pull oneself, while with the latter, one visualizes feeling the magnetic pull of the object, and thus exits the physical body. Once separated in this way, an individual’s astral body is free to explore all of time and space.
Astral projection methods take time to master. You will need to practice and learn the process. It is important to keep a positive attitude as you work. Your first attempts may not be successful, but you should keep trying. Unsuccessful attempts can be due to many different things like distractions, not being relaxed enough or not being in control of your mind or body.
The more dedicated the individual, however, the sooner he or she will be able to troubleshoot these issues, master the methods of astral projection, and ultimately, transcend the limitations of the physical body.
