<p> Many people think that this is something which could only happen in the context of a science fiction novel, but conscious dreaming is something within the reach of every person. With some practice, you can begin having the amazing experiences available to you through <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a>. You can start by using some tried and true conscious dreaming techniques.</p>
<p> Before you get started, take a step back and think about what you want to accomplish by means of conscious dreaming � do you just want to have more enjoyable dreams, or are there goals in your life which <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">lucid dreaming</a> can help you to reach?</p>
<p> Once you have a clear idea of your goals, you are ready to start practicing the techniques which lead to conscious dreaming. The first step for many is dream recall, which involves training yourself to remember you dreams in detail.</p>
<p> This ability is the best way to condition your mind for lucid dreaming. You can start by keeping a dream diary, which you keep at your bedside. Right away after awakening, write down each and every detail you can remember of your dreams of the night.</p>

Once you can do this, lucid dreaming follows quickly.</p>
<p> Yet another conscious dreaming method is to force yourself to awaken earlier than usual, such as two hours or so. After you have awoken, go ahead and fall back to sleep. This has the effect of making you more aware of your dreams. You may have the illusion that you are lying in bed daydreaming but you are actually asleep and dreaming. Lucid dreaming is very likely to occur if you do this consistently.</p>
<p> Get to know your sleeping patterns. This will help you find the right time to have the most success at having these dreams. Do not lose too much sleep, if you become very tired, lucid dreaming is not likely to occur.</p>
<p> Figure out your sleep patterns, as this will help you to figure out when the best times for you to have conscious dreaming experiences are. Don�t short yourself on sleep too much though; being sleep deprived makes it harder to have lucid dreams.</p>
<p> Those afflicted with insomnia and other sleep disorders may be pleased to hear that conscious dreaming can help them to get a better night�s sleep � it makes it easier to clear away the worries which can keep you from getting to sleep at night.</p>
<p> Conscious dreaming is easy to learn and anyone can do it, in fact some do it without learning or practice. Find a method you like to use and learn to lucid dream. Do not miss what others are doing every night. Explore your dreams.</p>

These dreams are known as <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreams/">lucid dreams</a>. In such dreams you are dreaming but you can direct your dreams like a movie. You can decide the actors, the setting and even the story! You can even decide the dialogues!</p>
<p> All kinds of emotions can be part of lucid dreams. Since you are in control of the dream, much like a director in a movie, there are no limits to what you make the <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a> consist of and what the ending comes out to be.</p>
<p> Lucid dreams give you more control than normal dreams, which can sometimes turn into nightmares that you can&#8217;t seem to stop or control and may make you wake up with a helpless or scared feeling. <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">Lucid dreaming</a> may feel like you are awake instead of just dreaming.</p>
<p> In a lucid dream, there are certain details that might clue you into the fact it is a dream, such as colors, or items that don&#8217;t belong, for example. Much like sleep walking where the person appears to be awake, a lucid dream involves much the same type of feeling without being fully conscious of it.</p>
<p> You may be fantasizing about something that you really want badly, such as a promotion, or a new home. This may be impossible in real life, but in your lucid dreams where you control the outcome, you may see yourself already doing the new job and details of it, or vividly see you moving into the house you want to purchase, for example.</p>
<p> You can change your lucid dream to have the outcome you desire, or change the ending the next time that dream starts up again, since you are only limited by your imagination. Some see harmonious relationships when they are not so in real life, others may get the attention or promotion they were just turned down for in real life. Your lucid dream can make your desires attainable since it is only limited by your creativity.</p>
<p> Lucid dreams are very much possible. Though the body needs to revive itself for the next day by sleeping and resting, it is possible for your mind to be partly conscious.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming is not something that everyone experiences or can master easily. It can be learned with proper techniques over a period of time.</p>
<p> Recalling your dreams as soon as you wake up is a sign of lucid dreaming because you are more aware of the details. Remember what happened as much as you can and write it down as soon as you get up. If you keep it handy, it is easier to remember to write it down and lucid dreams can fade quickly after you wake up. When you have the dream again, write down what you remember, since lucid dreams can often repeat themselves. You may eventually recall the most important details of the whole dream, especially if it is recurring.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming is a great tool for writers. You can actually dream about all the characters, the plot and the way you want your story line to move. You can use lucid dreaming for expressing all your dormant desires and manifesting them in reality.</p>
<p> You need to make it habit to recall each and every detail about your dream. Once you do that, try sleeping again and if possible try to start the dream where you left and continue your dream from there. The dreams will repeat themselves so you can delve into more details every time that happens.</p>
<p> Waking up before your normal waking time may cause you to hit the snooze alarm and doze off a bit and this is the prime time for lucid dreaming. You may even think you have been awake the whole time, but you have been experiencing a lucid dream that seems very lifelike.</p>
<p> With practice it will become easier each passing day. Self hypnosis is also a great way to enhance your lucid dreaming experience.</p>
<p> A recent development in sound technology can open the possibility for lucid dreaming to be possible. By stimulating certain areas of the brain, it has been proven to induce the dream state that is entered during lucid dreaming and can make it easier for you to recall your dreams.</p>

While in a dream, you are conscious of the fact that the things you see and experience are only a dream. You can have some control over your dreams once you are able to practice lucid dreaming, unlike in ordinary dreams.</p>
<p> Having the power to completely control the direction of your <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreams/">lucid dreams</a> is part of your basic metaphysical existence. All the limitations you feel in life cease to exist swiftly.</p>
<p> Is it as simple as that? Can you experience <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/">lucid dreaming</a> and manifest those things that seem impossible or difficult while being awake in reality?</p>
<p> As a matter of fact, lucid dreaming isn&#8217;t all that hard, as long as you have a burning desire to learn these amazing, tried and true techniques of expressing your innermost desires.</p>
<p> Perhaps most important of all is that you need to be perfectly clear regarding your personal objective in trying to master lucid dreaming. Are these lucid dreams for your own private playground, or do you have something more serious in mind? <p> Then you will begin the process of learning how to lucid dream. First you will have to learn a process of Dream Recall, which is recalling a dream the night before. You cannot achieve lucid dreaming unless you can remember a dream.</p>

<p> The time required for preparing the subconscious mind to experience lucid dreaming can be reduced greatly with hypnosis for some individuals. Generally one or two hypnosis sessions allows you to continually recall all your dreams. Your mind is conditioned for lucid dreaming once this happens.</p>
<p> On occasion, you may suddenly find yourself wide awake during a lucid dream. However, you will easily be able to recall all the essential details of your dream with the power you have achieved thus far. You can simply relax and fall back asleep, while you continue in the desired direction in your dream. Upon awaking you will realize that you have experienced the power of conscious dreaming the previous night.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming can also be accomplished by waking up early, then going back to sleep for a few hours. These dreams are the easiest to turn into lucid dreams. You may wonder if you were really dreaming, or just lying in bed thinking! You can simply set an alarm to wake you a few hours earlier than usual, then reset your alarm and go back to sleep; and lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> When trying to have lucid dreams, it is helpful to become familiar with your sleeping habits so as to be aware of the best times to try for lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming is potent for helping cure insomnia. All you must do is suggest to your mind that sleeping means the same thing as lucid dreaming, and then your own subconscious mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming used to be something which took a very long time to learn. Recent technological advances, particularly in the field of audio technology have made lucid dreaming something which anyone can easily accomplish.</p>
<p> A lot of people agree that listening to binaural audios is definitely the easiest and most consistently successful way of experiencing lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> These perform by playing different frequencies to some extent in each ear. This results in relaxing the listener deeply and shifting their brain waves to the frequency that is just right for the occurrence of lucid dreaming.</p>

<p> Knowing why you have chosen to become a <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreamer/">lucid dreamer</a> is important. How can it benefit you personally? To know this we can work backwards from what it considered normal sleep.</p>
<p> How is <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a> different? Have you ever considered the process of sleep before? Every night you make preparations, crawl into bed and go to sleep. You may have dreams or nightmares or all may just be dark for a few hours, it is rather boring isn�t it?</p>
<p> We need normal sleep to refresh our minds and bodies, keeping us healthy mentally and physically. What would happen if you could control the time when you are dreaming?</p>
<p> How would you like to control what you do while in your dream? Control the events that happen in it in any way you like. A lucid dreamer is in complete control of their dreams.They are able to enter the spiritual realm of existence far removed from what exists in the physical waking hours.</p>
<p> Are you are ready to begin but remain unsure of how any of this is possible? That is ok we are getting there, there are two way to enter lucid dream state. The first is a dream initiated lucid dream, (DILD). This happens once you have already begun to dream and during the dream, you come to the realization that you are indeed dreaming. At this point, you have brought an element of control to the dream because your conscious mind is now involved.</p>
<p> The second method is to have a wake initiated lucid dream, or WILD. In these situations,the dreamer goes from awake to lucid dream with no change in consciousness. The dreamer simply begins dreaming without having the sensation of falling asleep.</p>
<p> How exactly do you induce either one of these lucid dream states?</p>
<p> Dream Recall</p>
<p> If you want to become a lucid dreamer, one of the easiest ways is to begin by learning dream recall. Dream recall is nothing more than being able to remember your dreams. Learning to remember you dreams makes it easier for you to recognize that you are in a dream while sleeping � you are more than likely to either have the same dream more than once, or at least have elements which recur in your dreams.</p>
<p> Keeping a dream journal is the best way to learn this skill. A dream journal is for writing down anything which you can remember about your dreams for future reference. You should do this immediately after waking up; the longer you wait, the harder it will be to recall.</p>
<p> MILD refers to Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams</p>
<p> This method was developed by top lucid dreaming researcher Dr. Stephen LaBerge. The idea is to affirm to yourself that you will remember something when you see it in a dream � then when you do, you will realize that you are dreaming and begin to assert control over your dream.</p>
<p> WBTB refers to Wake Back to Bed</p>
<p> To use the wake back to bed method you need do little initially beyond setting your clock to wake you up. Set your clock for about five hours sleep give or take an hour, once the alarm goes off get up and do something. Read a book, your dream journal anything but going back to sleep, after approximately an hour you may go back to bed. In studies done this method has 60% of the time. When you are interrupted in the middle of sleep, you are interrupting rapid eye movement sleep. This is the time when dreams are the most active. Therefore, you stop in the middle of your best dreamtime only to return to sleep a short time later, improving your chances of entering lucid dream state.</p>
<p> Dr, LaBerge says that his method has a 60% rate of success. Why is this? Basically, you wake in the middle of an REM cycle, so when you return to sleep, you will have a better chance of lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Cycle Adjustment Technique</p>
<p> Daniel Love came up with this way to accomplish lucid dreaming. Start getting up an hour and a half earlier. After you get used to this, go back to getting up at your usual time. Since you are used to getting up earlier but don�t have to now, your mind is still thinking you are awake, therefore you will be more likely to be aware in your dream.</p>
<p> WILD refers to Wake Initiation of Lucid Dreams</p>
<p> The trick is to keep your conscious mind aware and let your physical body sleep. This can prove to be very interesting. Lay back, close your eyes and wait for your dream to begin. Imagine you have put a movie in the DVD player and you are waiting for it to begin. Focus on the black screen until your dream begins to play out.</p>
<p> You need to stay aware; it is a lot like self hypnosis. This is not a good exercise to try when you are tired as your mind may not stay as aware. Try to focus on things that require brain activity such as doing math puzzles, jogging or anything to keep your mind active. Breathe evenly and focus on relaxing every part of your body.</p>
<p> They now have tools you can use to make it even easier to induce lucid dreams. You can get dreaming masks and devices with strobe lights to help you get into the right state of dreaming.</p>
<p> The best and easiest way to achieving the state of lucid dreaming is by using headphones.You should listen to sounds that naturally alter your brainwaves, these are called binaural beats.</p>
<p> Binaural beats induce lucid dreaming by causing the hemispheres of your brain to work synchronously, making your brainwaves shift to the frequency required for lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> With a combination of self affirmations, self hypnosis and binaural sounds, being a lucid dreamer is something anyone can do successfully.</p>

<p> Exactly What is Dream Control?</p>
<p> Dream control, using <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">lucid dreaming</a>, means that not only are you fully aware that you are dreaming, but that you&#8217;re also able to control what happens during the dream. While totally asleep, you realize that what seems to be going on is actually a dream and you are solely in control of the events that play out as well as the final outcome.</p>

But, regardless of the initial method used, the main purpose is basically to train the mind, while asleep, to realize that it is in the midst of a dream.</p>
<p> To accomplish this, it takes us being completely awake it start, with the secret being the ability to remember to either say something or do an action in the dream, which will bring on the appropriate realization in your mind and permit you to control the next events happening.</p>

<p> Another means of achieving lucid dreaming is by keeping a dream diary or journal, using a small notebook and pen kept by your bedside to write down everything you can remember in the minutes after waking up. After doing this for a few nights, you&#8217;ll start to notice being able to remember what you&#8217;ve written and have a similar dream in which you can then begin to control what happens.</p>
<p> Tame monsters in your nightmares, &#8216;visit&#8217; any location you wish, explore imagined worlds that you envision within your own mind, speak to anyone you like, and basically be free of all worldly constraints and limits. With dream control, all of this is possible, in essence, giving us the power to be the ruler of our own nightly fantasy worlds where we are in complete control of everything that transpires.</p>
<p> The experts say do that there is, however, one potential drawback to lucid dreaming, as much like anything in life, too much of a good thing can actually have the opposite effect. The main reason for this being that one of the most valuable aspects of dreaming &#8216;naturally&#8217; is that it often tell us important things about ourselves that otherwise would have remained hidden forever. So enjoy dreaming lucidly. It really is an amazing experience, but remember to give yourself a few nights off!</p>

<p> This might sound almost unbelievable, but conscious dreaming is an ability you already have and can learn to harness with some practice. It�s not hard to start <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a> and through this ability you can express yourself and come to full self-actualization. There are even some techniques which have been proven to produce lucid dreams that you can use.</p>
<p> The first thing you should do is to figure out what your goals are in learning conscious or <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">lucid dreaming</a>. Do you hope to have more enjoyment from your dreams, or is conscious dreaming a vehicle for you to achieve some of your other life goals?</p>
<p> After you define the reasons for wanting to learn to dream consciously, you can learn the steps to get your mind on the right level. You need to be in the right state of mind to be able to lucid dream. A good place to start is recalling your dreams. This means to remember any dreams you have had.</p>
<p> To start conscious dreaming, you have to learn to recall the dreams you have. The way which seems to help most people with this is to keep a dream diary by your bed. When you awake, write down every detail you can remember from your dreams. Do this as soon as you wake; our dreams have a way of slipping away from us quickly.</p>
<p> You will soon find you are remembering your dreams more clearly and in more detail. You can use your journal to help you remember more. Once your mind is used to remembering your dreams you are ready for the next step and that is to be aware you are dreaming. You may wake up in a dream so to speak but still know it is not real and only a dream.</p>
<p> Other than keeping dream diary, many find hypnosis helpful. Hypnosis can help you to quickly reach the appropriate state for conscious dreaming. In fact, hypnosis can help you to recall every detail of your dreams in only a few sessions! Conscious dreaming is easy once this is accomplished.</p>
<p> You may wake up suddenly when you are having a conscious dream in the beginning. This is not unusual. Go over the events in your dream as you drift back to sleep. If you focus on them hard enough, you will go back into the same dream and perhaps control the events and the outcome of them.</p>
<p> Something else which works for a lot of people is to set your alarm two to three hours before you would usually get up. Once you awaken, go right back to sleep (don�t forget to reset your alarm, though!). These last few hours of sleep are when conscious dreaming is most likely to happen. Many find that they are so conscious of these dreams that it can be difficult to tell if you are dreaming, or just lying awake thinking.</p>
<p> Be aware of your sleeping habits. You�ll be able to determine when you are most likely to have lucid dreams. However, don�t lose too much sleep � fatigue and conscious dreaming don�t mix.</p>
<p> However, it happens that lucid dreaming can be helpful to those afflicted with some sleep disorders including insomnia � you�ll learn to banish the worrisome thoughts that can keep you from getting to sleep.</p>
<p> You may think that learning lucid dreaming takes years of practice, but in fact it�s not so hard at all to learn � with just a little practice, you can be a conscious dreamer too!</p>
<p> All of us can have conscious dreaming experiences; and by using the techniques listed here, you�ll be able to get into the driver�s seat of your dreams quickly.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes known as conscious dreaming, <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a> is the art of keeping self aware and knowing that one is dreaming while in a dream. This includes being conscious that the events unfolding around you are only part of the dream and being able to exercise control over the dream. All of this is possible for the person who has learned how to use lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Having control over your <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreams/">lucid dreams</a> is an incredible experience. Everything which you thought you couldn&#8217;t keep from holding you back from your goals just falls before you and you have new found mental clarity, even when awake.</p>
<p> However, is it really that easy to have lucid dreams? Can anyone experience <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/">lucid dreaming</a> and reap the benefits?</p>
<p> You can easily practice lucid dreaming. Many studies prove that you have the ability to do this, if you commit yourself to learning how to harness this powerful medium while expressing your inner desires.</p>
<p> Not only that, you have to have very defined objectives about exactly what you want to accomplish with your lucid dreaming. Is this about recreation? Is it about solving a problem whose answer eludes you in your waking life? Is this about enhancing your creativity? It&#8217;s up to you, but it&#8217;s got to be clear. Your objective itself must be lucid!</p>
<p> Once you understand your reason you will begin the learning process of how to lucid dream. You will need to learn Dream Recall. This is the ability to recall a dream from the previous night. You will not be able to lucid dream until you can recall a dream.</p>
<p> It can be slow going to master this skill. The best way to proceed is with keeping a dream journal, sometimes called a Dream Recall Register. You write down your previous night&#8217;s dreams as fully as possible. It&#8217;s most effective to do this when you first wake up. In time, you will realize that you&#8217;ve trained your mind to be able to recall even the smallest details of your dreams. When you reach this stage, you are ready to make the journey into lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Hypnosis can be very helpful for many in preparing their minds to have lucid dreams and can get the process of learning lucid dreaming off to a good head start. In fact, hypnosis can have people remembering their dreams in detail in as few as a few sessions. When you can do this, you are ready to try out lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Now when you start trying to practice lucid dreaming, you could find that you suddenly awaken from a dream&#8211;and then you&#8217;ll find yourself able to recall that dream immediately. be All you need do at this point is relax and let yourself drift back to sleep, and you&#8217;ll be able to enter that same dream and pick up right where you left off. Upon waking, you will now know that you have the great power of lucid dreaming coming fully under your control.</p>
<p> You can also induce lucid dreaming by going back to sleep just a couple of hours after you get up in the morning. This type of dreaming can cause you to wonder if you were really dreaming or if you have somehow manifested your thought-forms into reality. Dreaming at this time is the closest you can get to actual lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> When learning lucid dreaming, it helps to be well aware of your sleep patterns so you know when the best times for you to have lucid dreams are.</p>
<p> Do you know you can overcome such sleeping disorders as insomnia by learning to lucid dream? If you are one who struggles with getting your sleep during normal sleeping hours, simply tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming. All those bothersome thoughts that keep you from going to sleep will be taken care of by your mind.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p> Do you want to dream lucidly? Knowing that you want to have a <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dream/">lucid dream</a> is a good start, but it&#8217;s not all you&#8217;ll need to do. There are several different methods you can use.</p>
<p> You&#8217;ll need to think about why you want to be a <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreamer/">lucid dreamer</a>, as well as the benefits of it. First, we&#8217;ll take a look at normal sleeping.</p>
<p> Why <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a>? When you go to sleep, you normally get into bed, close your eyes for a length of time, and then you either dream or aren&#8217;t conscious of anything for a while before waking up. Normal sleep isn&#8217;t very interesting!</p>
<p> We need normal sleep to refresh our minds and bodies, keeping us healthy mentally and physically. What would happen if you could control the time when you are dreaming?</p>
<p> What if rather than being an active observer, you can be the one who can lead your dream to be whatever you want, rather than your dream leading you? This is what a lucid dreamer is; someone who is in total control of their dreams; able to explore new worlds that are not bound to the physical, societal and time-space laws of the real world.</p>
<p> How can a person achieve this? How do you learn to be a lucid dreamer? DILD refers to a dream initiated lucid dream. You need to realize you are dreaming. In other words, if you are dreaming and know it, you are having a lucid dream.</p>
<p> Method number two is a wake initiated lucid dream, or WILD. This is when the dreamer begins awake, then goes to being asleep, but without losing consciousness. The dreamer enters their dream as though via a door, instead of waking up inside a dream he or she is already having.</p>
<p> How do you go about achieving these two states of lucid dreaming?</p>
<p> Remember your dreams.</p>
<p> You will need to learn how to remember your dreams if you want to be able to have lucid dreams. It is referred to as dream recall, the ability to remember your dreams. If you can remember your dreams you are more likely to realize when you are dreaming because many of the dreams you have will be the same or almost the same.</p>
<p> The best way to practice dream recall is through keeping a dream journal. This is a tool in which you write down whatever you can remember about your dream so you can recall it in the future. Do this right after you wake up &#8211; dreams are harder to remember the longer you wait.</p>
<p> MILD refers to Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams</p>
<p> This technique was developed by Dr. Stephen LaBerge, one of the lead scientists in the field of lucid dreaming. To use this method, just tell yourself about an object or element that you will remember. When you dream, there&#8217;s a good chance you&#8217;ll see this element, then realize that you&#8217;re dreaming.</p>
<p> Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB)</p>
<p> The way you do this one is, only plan on sleeping for a few hours like five or six. Set your alarm if you need to so you will wake up. After you have slept the few hours and wake up, stay up. Find something to do to stay awake. Do a little house work; Think about what you might like to do in your lucid dreams. Return to bed in an hour.</p>
<p> According to Dr. LaBerge, this technique has a success rate of about sixty percent. That&#8217;s because you&#8217;ve awakened in the middle of the sleep process, while you&#8217;re still in the middle of an REM cycle and not completely aware. It&#8217;s like telling your mind that you&#8217;re interested in lucid dreaming.</p>
<p> Cycle Adjustment Technique</p>
<p> Created by Daniel Love, this method involves setting an alarm to wake you one and a half hours before your normal wake-up time. Once you get used to this early time, alternate your alarm between a normal time and the early one. When your alarm is set to wake you normally, you&#8217;ll find your body&#8217;s already ready to wake up early. That makes it more likely that you&#8217;ll wake up in your dream, and dream lucidly.</p>
<p> Wake-initiation of Lucid Dreams (WILD)</p>
<p> This method is described above. If you&#8217;d like to use it, the thing to do is to keep your mind awake during the process of your body falling asleep. This is one of the most interesting ways of entering lucid dreams, and is a lot like watching a movie. Just like when you&#8217;re watching a movie, you start in a state of readiness, and prepare yourself.Then, you&#8217;ll either hit play or start to fall asleep. The screen and what you see when your eyes are closed are both black. Just wait for your movie or dream to begin.</p>
<p> There are several different ways to hold onto awareness, including imagining going up or down a flight of stairs, chanting, counting numbers, breaths, or anything else, breathing control, and muscle relaxation. These and other self-hypnosis methods will give you something to concentrate on, but don&#8217;t do this when you&#8217;re tired, or you may lose consciousness.</p>
<p> Technology has moved on in recent years, and there are various devices like dreaming masks and other scientific appliances which contain such things as strobe lights to induce lucid dreams.</p>
<p> The best and easiest way to achieving the state of lucid dreaming is by using headphones.You should listen to sounds that naturally alter your brainwaves, these are called binaural beats.</p>
<p> These work by synchronizing the two hemispheres of the brain and have the effect of almost instantaneously changing your brainwaves to the REM frequency needed for a lucid dream to occur.</p>
<p> Anyone can learn to be a lucid dreamer. Practice the self hypnosis and keep telling yourself when awake that you will be aware when you are dreaming. This will prepare you for your lucid dream experience.</p>

They are also easy to remember and control because you decide the scene, the actors and the script to play out the circumstance they way you want in lucid dreams.</p>
<p> Lucid dreams can range from a romance, intrigue and even a fantasy. You can have any kind of dream when you are <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com/lucid-dreaming/">lucid dreaming</a>. And your imagination is the limit to what you experience!</p>
<p> While normal dreams may make you feel that you are not in control, when <a href="http://www.luciddreaminginfo.com">lucid dreaming</a>, you are in the controller&#8217;s chair. At times lucid dreams can be so life like that you need to check whether it&#8217;s a dream or the real world!</p>

<p> The possibilities are endless when you are lucid dreaming and many people will dream of lost loves or other people that they wish they could be with, but it is impossible in real life because they are dead in real life, but alive in the lucid dream.</p>
<p> When you are dreaming and you know that you are dreaming all you need to do is change it. For instance you can dream about your favorite rock star falling in love with you and getting crazy about you. You can even choreograph your dream to the extent that your rock star talks to you, touches you and makes you feel loved. The only tool you need is your limitless imagination!</p>
<p> Lucid dreams result because the mind is still conscious on some level, even though the body has a biological need for rest. Parts of the mind keep going whether in REM sleep or a semi-conscious lucid dream mode.</p>
<p> Lucid dreaming is more easily accomplished by some people than others although it can be learned over a period of time if you can learn to control your mind and be more aware of your dreams.</p>
<p> Practice recalling what happened in your dreams and writing it down as soon as you awake, which makes it easier to remember. The dream will repeat its self at some point and you can add to it, if you do not recall parts of it, until you get a complete picture of the story that your sub-conscious is trying to tell you. Using this technique with lucid dreams can give you some insight to what the dreams are telling you or hidden ambitions.</p>
<p> Lucid dreams can be a great source of inspiration for writers. For your next book you can direct the plot and even control the settings and the characters. You can create the ending as you like as well. With lucid dreams you can enhance your imagination and give a vent to your desires. Lucid dreams can also help you to realize your ambitions.</p>
<p> The dream will occur several times usually, so you will have the opportunity to recall more at a later time. If you awake a couple of hours early and lay in bed dozing, the lucid dream may start up again where you left off. You may predetermine that you will try to change how it goes without even knowing it.</p>
<p> If you wake a couple hours before your normal time, this is often when lucid dreaming happens, much like day dreaming where it seems you are awake the whole time, but you have actually been asleep.</p>
<p> Mastering lucid dreaming is surprisingly easy, and you can always use techniques that help you recall or prepare your mind to recall what your lucid dreams were about, if you put your mind to it.</p>
<p> The latest invention in sound technology is known as the binaural beats which are special frequencies. These can work at increasing the coordination between the two hemispheres and cause your brainwaves to match the frequency required for lucid dreaming. This is a great shortcut to enter the state of lucid dreams.</p>
