Sometimes universities may not accept you simply because they don't think you're a good "fit" at their school - not because they don't think you're qualified survive the curriculum. If possible, call the school and talk to someone who may be able to answer why you didn't get in and what you need to do to be a stronger candidate the next time around. I know that if you show a school you're very eager to attend, they will note that and may come in handy the next time you decide to apply again.
References :
you might have a chance because your hispanic, also if you try to transfer in with a 4.0 after your freshman year you should be ok. A key factor oftentimes is how much school you will have left after transferring. I had a friend who almost didn't get into University of Michigan because he only had the classes for his concentration left.

Best of luck to you.
References :
It certainly is possible, but even if you don't, know that USC is very well-respected and won't keep you from getting into grad school. You did well on everything, and the fact that you didn't get into any of your choices was probably just due to the fact that there was someone similar to you who was just a little bit stronger who got accepted at all three. You have very little to worry about.
