1. She is a chemical engineer from top notch institute
2. Joins hi-tech manufacturing company & works for 2 yrs
3. Role changes and works on a telecom infrastructure project for 1 year.
4. Joins MBA with Systems specialization
5. Now he is confused which career path she should choose?

its confusing with lot of hes and shes in here but i doubt if he/she can go any higher then a managerial position in an IT firm.
